I. I saw a funny quote the other day that reminded me of…me: “I used to just crastinate but I got so good I went pro.” Haha! It’s funny because it’s true (sigh). Can you relate??

II. If you’re anything like me, you put off certain things because they make you uncomfortable or require you to be very disciplined. The problem is, all we’re doing is kicking the can down the road, so to speak. Not only does the problem not go away, but we’ve probably made it much worse by not dealing with it right away.

III. The next time you feel yourself procrastinating, I want you to do 3 things:

    1. Write down the task you need to accomplish.
    2. Write down a due date.
    3. Tell someone about it to hold you accountable.
