I love that God is always in the business of renewing lives! This week I was hanging out in the Family Room, our name for the lobby at Crossroads Community Church, where I get the pleasure of being a pastor. An older woman made a b-line in my direction and walked up and said, “I have to share something with you. I have NEVER gone to church. I don’t even want to be at a church! But here I am. I wanted to tell you my story….”
She said, “I was watching TV a few months ago, and after my favorite show, I got up to do something in the kitchen. When I walked back into the room to turn off the TV, your show was on. I was drawn into the message you were sharing. I couldn’t stop watching it. Then I ended up watching the next week. And the next. It’s been about two months, and I just can’t stop watching! So I decided I had to come to your church and check it out. This is the first time in my entire life that I’ve gone to a church service!”
I was so blessed by her story. Literally every time I preach a message or we create a TV or radio show or film a 2 Minute Message, we pray that God will reach people who need to know Him. We think about all the people who need encouragement in their walk with God. And we dream about a world where 8 billion people meet Jesus and get discipled in how to follow Him.
We love that God is renewing lives day after day after day, and all of us who follow Him are part of the stories He is writing. You can be part of the story that God is writing by partnering with us to keep the REAL with Daniel Fusco show on the air. Click here to partner with us. Â
I pray this week you will let God use your gifts in the way He has created you to uniquely impact the world. Don’t miss the fact that there is only one version of you. Our lives are the beautiful poetry written by God that will speak forth all He desires into the world around us.  All we need to do is simply respond to Him in the ways He is guiding us. How is He inviting you to to live out our faith this week? And to live into the reality He is shaping.
Be yourself – everyone else is already taken.
